A trip to the ocean

Sascha and the rest of his family started early, so they would arrive at their destination in time and with lots of time left. The promised trip to the ocean left the little bear bouncing until they finally boarded the car. The ursine got strapped into his purple car seat. He was maybe a little too old for a car seat like that, but he was still fitting perfectly into it. And since Sascha had a habit of often falling asleep during long rides, the additional straps of the seat offered more security than a normal seatbelt. And some double security doesn't hurt, does it?
Near their destination Sascha got a bit bouncy again, while his brother was still asleep. He wasn't one of those 'Are we there yet?' kids, but he loved the ocean.
"Here look, Sammy..." he told his plushie companion, pointing out of the window and eagerly shuffling around in his seat with a soft crinkle. "... we're almost there. The ocean. Did I promise you too much? We can build sand castles"
The long tailed lynx seemed happy too, although he will delegate most of the manual work to his owner. Sammy is a cat after all. But almost certainly Sascha will not mind.
